A new brand for Batch Espresso

The studio has developed a new brand that is totally in the hands of the crew at Batch Espresso.

During the process of researching how the café communicates with it‘s customers, the humble self inking stamp was a practical image making tool that the staff put to many uses — versatile enough to appear on receipts to paper coffee cups.

In developing the typemark, image and paper applications, we also explored the application and usage of stamps. Along with a range of graphic assets we also develop a guide to use them. This guide is intended to be a guide only, and this process allows individuals to develop their own twist of what Batch means to them.

Business cards, postcards, book marks, paper cups and signing is just the beginning it will be interesting to see where the guys take the look — we expect that the printed outcomes will be as good as their coffee.
