How do you get there?
Train
Catch the Sandringham/Frankston train from Flinders Street Station at 5.49/6.02/6.12pm, jump off at South Yarra Station, walk up the ramp, through the turnstiles, turn left at Toorak Road, then walk down Toorak Road (towards Chapel) for 20 metres, then turn left down Yarra Street.

At the corner of Carlisle and Westubury Street, walk 30 metres on the western side up Westbury street, then walk through a small car park and proceed up a dodgy set of stair. Knock at first door marked ‘Staff Only’.
How do you get there?
Train
Catch the Sandringham train from Flinders Street Station, jump off at Balaclava Station, turn right (East) and walk up Carlisle Street (away from St Kilda Beach) then turn left (North) up Westbury Street.
Tram
Catch the No 3 tram from Flinders Street Station (on the Fed Square side), or Swantson , jump off at Balaclava Station, turn right and walk up Carlisle Street (due East, away from St Kilda Beach) then turn left (due North) up Westbury Street.
