Design week initiated by the long running AGIdea‘s conference in Melbourne held in late April. AGideas is presents 44 internationally acclaimed creative people from the UK, Netherlands, France, Italy, New Zealand, USA, Spain, China and Australia. 4 Days, 8 Distinct Events, 44 Internationally Acclaimed Creative People, 4000 People.

There are many events that surround the three day conference, speakers, business breakfasts, exhibitions and dinners. Interact is a night where students can elect to visit a studio of choice in the evening after the conference. We had nine students join us, that we spoiled with pizza from Mr Wolf and beverages for Batch. We leave the speeches to speakers to turn the microphone, so to speak, to visiting students and facilitate a talk fest.

The Studio attended the conference, highlights included presentations for Italian illustrator Sara Fanelli, interactive image designers United Visual Artists, image maker Patrick Thomas, designers Matthew Rhemphrey, Danny Yount and Anette Lenz.
