Christmas has come and gone, and on nature strips and curb sides of western countries are the signs of celebration. Like dumped bodies our real Christmas trees lay complete with overlooked decoration and tinsel. It is ironic that the tree is a symbol of life in our homes and on the streets they are a symbol of death.
Real trees seem to be greener as compared to fake trees and a living tree is a pot is even better — real trees can be recycled and mulched, they don‘t travel over 8,000 kilometres from Asia. Helping people think about a Christmas tree‘s life after the event. Mulching instructions, disposal options will only improve as the community addresses Christmas‘s impact on the environment.
